On a day-to-day basis, our multi disciplinary team of 8 developers work simultaneously on multiple projects in varying compositions.

To control the project in terms of content, time and costs while executing the development projects, we use EasyRedmine, a project management package.

The project is divided into a work-breakdown-structure, a hierarchical structure in which concrete sub-results/products of a project are housed where the work-load is divided, and hours spent are recorded by activity. We use issue-tracking to record and track the handling of design choices, test results and improvement points.

To manage the design, we broadly use a version control system for the entire design (software, hardware and possibly mechanics), with versions and issues traceable.
