Confed has three branches, each with its own functionality and specializations. The three branches are roughly equal in terms of staff size. Together the Confed team consists of about 400 enthusiastic employees. Each employee stands for the quality of his or her work, and together they are proud of the products and services we provide to our customers every day.

Cable assembly, cable assembly and panel assembly

Confed supplies a wide range of wire and cable assemblies, optionally housed in completely assembled modules or panels. We carry out these activities at our own production site in Komarno, Slovakia. Our highly qualified employees annually manufacture many thousands of kilometers of cabling here, ranging from simple, single wires with two connectors to extremely complex wire harnesses with a wide variety of cable types, connectors and connection techniques.

As early as the beginning of this century, Confed began to explore the possibilities of producing cable confectionery across the border. This led to its own production facility in Komarno, Slovakia. The start was made by acquiring an existing production facility that Confed had already worked with for several years. After several years of healthy growth, the move was made in 2017 to move into a new production facility suitable for assembling wire harnesses in a modern and efficient manner. The current location is well-equipped, furnished to western standards and provides a pleasant and healthy working environment for our employees. 

The facility in Slovakia consists of a production department, a tool shop and a logistics department (warehouse and handling). Production is managed by a professional team of engineers, planners, logistics specialists, quality employees, human resources and general management. They ensure that production runs smoothly and smoothly.
